Bumblebees are fascinating creatures – and play a key role in producing our food - but sadly, along with other pollinators, their numbers have seen a decline in recent decades. One way we can help in their conservation is by learning how to identify and record them.

BUMBLEBEE IDENTIFICATION - INTERMEDIATE LEVEL

This online training session is intended for people who already have a grasp of basic bumblebee identification. The workshop, delivered by Ben Hargreaves from Lancashire Wildlife Trust, will introduce you to identifying the scarcer bumblebees and the cuckoo species.
